Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Processing

• Design and implement data pipelines to collect customer data from diverse sources (e.g., website, application, social media, and CRM systems) into a cloud platform (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Data Lake).
• Clean, transform, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.

Data Analysis and Modeling

• Conduct statistical and data mining analyses to identify customer behavior patterns and predict future trends.
• Build and develop predictive models to forecast customer churn or the success of marketing campaigns.
• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visual reports.

Communication and Reporting

• Deliver clear and understandable reports to management and various teams (marketing, sales, and product) with a focus on actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to implement data-driven solutions.
