Zusammenfassung

Bestow is seeking a backend-focused IPC Engineering engineer to help design, build, and operate modular backend services. You will work with Python, Go, and Java, leveraging PostgreSQL and Drools rules engines, while connecting across teams via gRPC, REST, and async messaging on Kubernetes in GCP.

You will partner with Product Managers and Underwriters to deliver scalable platform capabilities for our life insurance enrollment experience.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in building backend services using Python, Go, and Java.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and distributed systems architectures.
• Familiarity with gRPC/REST APIs and asynchronous messaging.
• Comfort with Kubernetes-based deployment on cloud platforms (GCP).

• The IPC Engineering team powers the digital life insurance enrollment experience for Bestow's carrier partners.
• You'll work alongside Product Managers, Underwriters, and external partners to build modular services in Python, Go, and Java.
• The team integrates across Bestow's service landscape via gRPC, REST, and async messaging on Kubernetes in GCP.
