Requirements

• Min. 6 years of strong backend engineering experience with proven ability to build scalable systems
• Expert in Elixir/Phoenix with deep understanding of OTP, GenServers, and fault-tolerant design
• Go experience is a plus
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSocket connections, and high-concurrency applications
