Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a senior software engineer to own core parts of our AI architecture and design scalable AI agent systems. You will drive reliability and quality of AI outputs while shaping our LLM-related initiatives.

Collaborating with product and business teams, you will influence long-term technical decisions, build observability and evaluation frameworks, and advance our AI capabilities with hands-on development and strong autonomy.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in AI/LLM contexts.
• Strong Python skills with Django or similar frameworks.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and AI system design.
• Experience with evaluation methods and observability.
• Understanding of how to make AI reliable.
• Highly autonomous and self-driven.
