neuco is seeking a Senior Avionics Engineer in Stuttgart (Hybrid) to lead hands-on hardware and software development for space applications. You will work across customer and R&D projects to mature developments into flight-ready space hardware.

The role offers ownership of avionics development, exposure to system integration, and opportunities to lead as the company scales. Salary ranges €70k–€90k plus a company bonus with up to 60% remote work after onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience developing hardware and software space avionics applications, including successful delivery and operation of hardware in space.
• Experience with software protocols (C/C++ or Python), and knowledge of system integration experience (ICDs, harnessing).
• Background in satellite/new space industry and familiarity with relevant standards (EMC Design).

Senior Avionics Engineer, Stuttgart (Hybrid)

About the Role:

This senior avionics position will give you the opportunity to take ownership of hands-on hardware and software development for space applications. Working across ongoing customer and R&D projects, you will help mature developments into flight-ready hardware, strengthen technical prioritisation and play a key role in solving evolving engineering challenges.
