Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm delivering practical, results-focused transformation solutions. We are seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Transformation Services to join our CTS team in Germany.

Location: Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Hamburg. You will contribute to international projects on strategy, corporate structure and performance improvement, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher).
• Experience in operational restructuring, turnaround management, post-merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm.
• Industry experience beyond consultancy is valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, complex stakeholder groups.
• Finance knowledge with experience building models and willingness to develop these skills further.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.

How You Will Contribute

As part of the CTS team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects:

• Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts
• Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects ( apid results\)
• International projects focused on strategy, corporate structure or company-wide efficiency improvements

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher);
• Previous exposure to such areas as operational restructuring, turnaround management, post-merger integration, carve‑outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement;
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm;
• Having practical industry experience beyond consultancy is regarded as a valuable asset;
• Well-developed communication skills & the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups;
• Finance knowledge with experience of building or working with integrated financial models and willingness to develop these skills further;
• An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality;
• Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage.
