As Senior Associate, Innovation you will play a key role in increasing safe days at home for children with special healthcare needs. You will help identify, prioritize, and scale our clinical programs and service lines that aim to reduce unnecessary utilization by translating complex population health data into opportunities with clear business cases, leading pilots of new initiatives and programs, and supporting revenue forecasts.
We are looking for a self‑starter and fast learner who is effective in partnering with clinical, operational, and technological stakeholders to ensure success of initiatives. In this role, the ability to earn trust and incorporate diverse perspectives is paramount. You enjoy bringing process and data‑backed decision making to ambiguity – this role will require moving work forward in a high‑growth environment.

The role offers a base salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
