Visium is hiring a Senior AI Strategist (German Speaker) to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, turning AI opportunities into sustainable solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of change management, stakeholder management, and AI delivery, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

You will collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, business stakeholders, IT, and senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

Role

As a Senior AI Strategist (German Speaker), you are the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping the organization turn AI opportunities into successful, sustainable solutions. You will operate at the intersection of change management, stakeholder management, and AI delivery. Your role is to create alignment, bring structure to ambiguity, manage expectations, and ensure that teams and stakeholders move together towards the desired outcome.

You will work closely with AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Business stakeholders, IT, and senior leadership. While you won't be expected to write code, you should be technically fluent enough to understand AI projects, challenge assumptions, explain trade-offs, and translate technical topics into clear business implications.

• Act as the key interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and create alignment across different interests and priorities
• Translate business needs into clear objectives, requirements, and actionable plans
• Communicate complex technical topics in a clear, concise, and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and navigate challenging stakeholder situations
• Identify resistance, risks, dependencies, and potential blockers early and proactively address them
• Create structure and momentum in ambiguous or fast-paced environments
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and ensure consistent progress towards agreed outcomes
• Ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business needs, adoption requirements, and long-term value
• Support teams and stakeholders throughout the transition from PoC to MVP and production

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:

• 6+ years in project/product management or change management + 4+ years working with AI/data/technology.
• Solid understanding of AI, data, and the AI lifecycle; technically fluent enough to challenge decisions and understand trade-offs.
• Experience driving technology, process, or organizational change and supporting adoption.
• Strong ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, navigate conflicting priorities, and build alignment.
• Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex topics and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex projects, timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and German.
