To strengthen our Corporate AI team, we are looking for an experienced Senior AI Solutions Engineer (m/f/d) to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions across GXO. In this role, you will translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled applications and workflow automations, helping functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, and other corporate teams unlock the value of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Working closely with AI Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Platform teams, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and production-ready AI implementations.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Design, build, and optimize AI-driven applications, workflow automations, and agentic AI solutions that support enterprise business functions
• Develop and deploy solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Vertex AI, and Google Cloud Platform services
• Build and orchestrate multi-step AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, ADK, or similar technologies
• Translate complex business processes into intelligent workflows that combine AI capabilities, APIs, and business logic
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including HRIS, CRM, ERP, finance, and document management systems
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls, validation mechanisms, and escalation paths to ensure responsible and reliable AI usage
• Identify and mitigate risks related to AI outputs, including data privacy, bias, security, and hallucination challenges
• Collaborate with Product, PMO, Architecture, Security, Data, and Platform teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions
• Develop prototypes, conduct testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment readiness
• Contribute to reusable engineering standards, implementation patterns, and best practices that accelerate future AI deliveries
• Support the adoption of Responsible AI principles, governance requirements, and compliance standards across all AI solutions

What You’ll Bring To GXO

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise technology solutions in complex environments
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and AI workflow development
• Experience building agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, ADK, or similar tools
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
• Experience developing and deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ideally including Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and BigQuery
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise business applications
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), unstructured data processing, and multi-step workflow orchestration is highly desirable
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and agile ways of working
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
