Qualifikationen

• Production experience designing multi-agent systems with tool use and fault-tolerant routing.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines end-to-end.
• Strong experience defining and running evaluation pipelines for generative AI.
• Demonstrated experience with foundation models and GenAI providers.
• Solid grounding in classical NLP techniques and good judgement for application.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and its components.
• Proficiency with AWS ecosystem tools.
• Familiarity with model registries and CI/CD for ML.
• Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Production-quality Python experience including packaging and testing.
• Familiarity with traditional ML frameworks and tracking tools.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end RAG systems.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs and GenAI services.
• Develop and optimize prompting strategies.
• Define and own evaluation frameworks for generative outputs.
• Maintain awareness of data distribution shifts.
• Build and operate scalable AI infrastructure on AWS.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle for models and agents.
• Ensure data quality through validation.
