ORAU is seeking an experienced health policy evaluator for a part-time, temporary CMMI project. The role focuses on advising model evaluation design to align with policy goals and regulatory requirements, supported by extensive data analyses of claims data and cost measurements.

The candidate will contribute to rigorous evaluation design, leveraging causal inference and econometric methods to assess payment policy impacts.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. required in a relevant field with strong research and policy expertise.
• 10+ years of experience in claims data analysis and rigorous evaluation design.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid payment policy and health policy evaluation.
