Overview

Senior Active Directory Consultant (m/w/d) with a focus on Microsoft AD, Identity, and security solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize AD and Identity solutions, contribute to security best practices, and mentor colleagues within a Cyber Incident environment.

What you do

• Act as an expert in your field and contribute to the ongoing development of our solutions.
• Work with Active Directory as a central directory in Microsoft environments.
• Conceive and implement AD solutions, including complex migrations (Cross-Forest) and integration with Entra-ID Cloud.
• Engage in an inspiring work environment with new tasks and projects in the Cyber Incident domain.
• Independently design, advise on, and implement Microsoft AD and Identity as part of Security solutions; manage complex customer projects across all phases as a trusted contact.
• Define best practices and standards in the Security team for Active Directory, identities, and hybrid deployments (on-premises and cloud), and collaborate with Microsoft to discuss topics, organize workshops, and maintain partnerships.
• Actively shape Skaylink’s Security portfolio and share knowledge by mentoring junior colleagues.

What we look for

• Expert with several years of experience in Identity Management and IT Security, especially in the AD environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures such as Windows Server, Azure AD, Entra-ID, and Hybrid Identity.
• Strong interest in IT-Security topics and a commitment to expanding and applying your expertise.
• Experience with AD and security topics such as Tiering models, AD hardening, vulnerability analysis (e.g., using BloodHound).
• Strong consulting mindset and communication skills.
