Join SAP WM/EWM Second-Level & SCM Digitalization Expert (w/m/d) at Siemens Healthineers. This role drives the Industry 4.0 digitalization of our production with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and spearheads the global implementation of the solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global introduction of an SAP EWM solution for our production.
• Develop SAP adaptations focused on SAP WM/EWM in collaboration with business line stakeholders, IT, and external partners, and implement them successfully.
• Analyze processes and requirements for WM/EWM systems, design innovative solutions, and drive implementation in partnership with external partners and IT.
• Act as the primary contact for Medical Electronics (ME) – SAP WM/EWM topics and ensure ME‑specific requirements are advanced in cross‑functional expert groups.
• Lead SAP logistics projects and analyze SAP and business processes for goods receipt, inventory management, and material flow control, focusing on optimization opportunities.
• Serve as the key user contact, advise and support them primarily in SAP WM/EWM, manage interface queries, and collaborate with the central IT department in an end‑to‑end manner.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field – Bachelor’s is also accepted with relevant work experience.
• More than three years of SAP ERP, WM/EWM supply chain management experience in a production environment.
• Strong process harmonization and standardization knowledge for warehouse and material processes.
• Basic technical SAP knowledge (RFC, IDOC, Web Services, Fiori).
• Experience with SCM projects at a production site.
• Project management skills and tools proven.
• Fluent in German and English – negotiation‑level competencies.
