• Configure transportation planning, freight order management, and charge management.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SD, MM, GTS and external providers.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces and enhancements.
• Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
• Create functional specifications and project documentation.
• Work with cross-functional SAP teams in an agile environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant to join a leading international consulting organization delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects across Germany. You will work with enterprise clients from various industries, helping them optimize their logistics and transportation processes through innovative SAP TM solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP TM processes.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
• Lead customer workshops and gather functional requirements.
• Configure transportation planning, freight order management, freight settlement, and charge management.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP GTS, and external logistics providers.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
• Create functional specifications and project documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams in an agile project environment.

Your Profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
• Experience delivering SAP implementation or rollout projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in:
• Transportation Planning
• Charge Calculation
• Transportation Cockpit
• Experience integrating SAP TM with other SAP logistics modules
• Strong analytical and consulting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international project teams
