Zusammenfassung

Masentó Group is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead SAP testing across large-scale transformation programs in a hybrid/remote setup in Germany. The role requires coordinating SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover testing, while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in SAP testing leadership, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, and fluent German and English communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or similar role within SAP environments.
• Experience managing testing activities for SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience working in consulting or project-based delivery environments is highly desirable.
• Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Medical Technology, or Food & Beverage.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for SAP projects and transformation initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Cutover Testing.
• Lead test planning, test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and external stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when required.
• Establish test governance, metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Facilitate testing workshops and status meetings with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation when required.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality and validation standards where applicable.
• Establish test governance, metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Functional knowledge of SAP business processes and modules.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM for test management and project delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience in regulated environments and validation processes.
• ISTQB certification or comparable testing qualification.
