Implico Group in Hamburg sucht eine erfahrene Beraterin/er für die Analyse, Stabilisierung und Optimierung von geschäftskritischen SAP-Prozessen im Bereich Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO), SD/MM, Logistik und Abrechnung. Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung in SAP-Logistikprozessen, idealerweise mit IS-OIL.
• Verständnis von End-to-end-Prozessen in Logistik, Vertrieb, Beschaffung, Kommission und Abrechnung.
• Erfahrung in Kundendialog, Prozessanalyse, Support oder produktionsnahe SAP-Projekte.
• ABAP- und CDS-Views-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an SAP BTP, Toolchain und KI-Tools.

• Sie analysieren die End-to-End-Prozesse unserer Kunden in Vertrieb, Logistik, Versorgung, Distribution und Abrechnung.

Your mission

In this role, you will advise our customers on the analysis, stabilization and optimization of their business-critical SAP processes in the field of Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO), SD/MM, logistics and billing. You will combine technical process understanding with technical SAP know-how and help customers to better understand operational processes, solve problems sustainably and make processes more efficient. The focus is not on pure incident handling, but on process advisory: You will recognize patterns, analyze causes, identify potential for improvement and translate them into SAP solutions together with customers and internal teams of experts. You are a good fit for us if you want to actively advise our customers on best practices and build up deep process knowledge in the SAP RFNO environment, understand interrelationships in productive operations and help customers establish stable and sustainable processes. With your curiosity, your ideas and your creative drive, you will drive the continuous improvement of our services, processes and ways of working, using modern SAP technologies, automation and AI-supported approaches to unlock new potential.

Your tasks

Process Advisory and Customer Consulting

• You will analyze our customers' end-to-end processes in sales, logistics, supply, distribution and billing
• You will advise customers on how to stabilize, simplify and sustainably optimize existing SAP processes
• You translate technical requirements and operational problems into concrete, SAP best practice-compliant solution approaches
• You will identify recurring causes, process breaks and potential for improvement in productive operations

SAP analysis and solution design

• You will analyze SAP system behavior, customizing, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies
• You use your technical understanding, including ABAP and debugging skills, to understand causes in a well-founded way
• You will evaluate solution options in terms of process effectiveness, stability, maintainability and customer benefits
• You document findings in a way that is comprehensible and reusable for customers and internal teams

Your profile

What you bring to the table

• Several years of experience in consulting SAP logistics processes, ideally with IS-OIL
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes in logistics, sales, supply, distribution or billing
• Experience in customer consulting, process analysis, support or production-related SAP projects
• Enjoy building up in-depth process knowledge and advising customers on best practices and sustainable process improvements as a competent contact person
• Experience with ABAP and CDS views
• Interest in modern technologies and tools such as SAP BTP, SAP Integrated Toolchain, and AI tools
• Ability to combine business requirements, operational processes and technical system behavior
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working with pleasure in customer communication
• Very good knowledge of German and good English skills
