This is what you can expect

Project responsibility & customer development.

You will be responsible for the successful implementation and expansion of SAP production projects at our clients' sites and will be the central point of contact for all technical and business-related matters. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, manage quality and results, and handle project controlling.

Team leadership and collaboration.

You lead an interdisciplinary team and, through your leadership skills, ensure that all team members contribute their strengths to the project. With your experience, you ensure that your team can work successfully and purposefully, while continuously monitoring progress.

Technology & Process Management.

Together with your team, you will advise our clients on various production projects in the SAP environment and support the on-site implementation of SAP solutions. Furthermore, you will work with your team on customized solutions that meet our clients' requirements and support your team in creating blueprints and specifications to establish a sound and structured foundation for implementing the SAP solutions.

In addition to project work, you will sustainably build relationships with our customers and develop new solutions together with them. Your focus is on long‑term customer satisfaction and proactively developing business relationships.

• You have several years of professional experience as a consultant with one or more of the following modules in the Plan to Produce environment: SAP IBP, PP, ePP/DS, PM, ME, MII, DM and QM.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are able to motivate teams and achieve goals together.
• Your experience includes the efficient management of IT projects, including the management of budget, timeframe and resources.
• You pay attention to detail and work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner.
• Your communication skills are evident both in German (at least C1 level) and in your professional use of English.
• Your professional background is based on a successfully completed degree or vocational training in the field of (business) informatics, production engineering, engineering or a comparable field.
