Aufgaben

• Leitung eines globalen SAP-Consultant-Teams und externer Partner.
• Definition und Umsetzung der SAP-Roadmap für Fertigung, Supply Chain, Beschaffung, Lagerlogistik, Qualität und PLM.
• Förderung von Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
• Governance für SAP-Apps, Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen.
• Leitung SAP-Anforderungsmanagement, Business Case-Entwicklung, Priorisierung, Initiierung von Projekten.
• Management der SAP-Anwendungslebenszyklen inkl. Support, Upgrades, Tests, Release-Management.
• Sicherstellung SLA-/KPI-gerechter Services und hoher Systemverfügbarkeit.
• Unterstützung globaler Transformationsinitiativen, inkl. S/4HANA und Cloud-Adoption.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Architekturen, Digitaler Fertigung, Data & Analytics, Integration und Infrastruktur.
• Festlegung von KPIs, Leistungskennzahlen und Betriebseffizienz.
• Ressourcen, Budget, Prioritäten und Vendor-Beziehungen planen und steuern.

The SAP Manager Operations & Logistics (m/f/d) is responsible for leading the global SAP Operations & Logistics function, ensuring change the delivery, support, continuous improvement, and strategic evolution of SAP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management, quality management, and logistics processes.

The role combines leadership, business partnership, SAP solution governance, and project delivery responsibilities to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and the adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related digital technologies across Bruker's global operations.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage a global team of SAP functional consultants and external partners supporting Operations & Logistics processes through objectives-based management (MbO).
• Partner with global business stakeholders to define and execute the SAP roadmap for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Quality Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Bruker's global manufacturing and logistics organizations.
• Provide functional and solution governance for SAP Operations & Logistics applications, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead SAP demand management activities including business case development, solution evaluation, prioritization, and project initiation.
• Manage SAP application lifecycle activities including support, enhancements, upgrades, testing, release management, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery of SLA- and KPI-driven operational support services while maintaining high system availability and business user satisfaction.
• Lead and support global SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA programs, cloud adoption, process modernization, and integration projects.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Digital Manufacturing, Data & Analytics, Integration, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable end-to-end business solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service performance metrics, project delivery metrics, and operational effectiveness indicators.
• Allocate and manage internal and external resources, budget, project priorities, and vendor relationships to achieve business and IT objectives.
• Act as project sponsor, project manager, or workstream lead for strategic Operations & Logistics initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and future-ready SAP organization.
• Contribute to IT strategy development, budget planning, innovation initiatives, and technology roadmap planning.
• Drive the adoption of SAP best practices, SAP Fiori, automation, analytics, and emerging SAP technologies to improve operational efficiency and business value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
• Leadership experience managing global SAP teams and external partners.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage.
