Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a SAP-focused IT professional to lead SAP implementations and own local systems governance. You will act as the main interface between business users and IT specialists, driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence across the IT landscape.

You will collaborate with business analysts and developers, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals, while delivering quality testing and internal training to empower teams.

Qualifikationen

Your Tasks

• Lead SAP Implementations: You will steer the implementation of SAP solutions, acting as the critical interface between business users and our central IT specialists (ABAP, Basis, and Functional).
• Drive Local Innovation: Beyond SAP, you will take full ownership of local systems—from market-acquired software to custom-developed tools—managing their entire lifecycle under decentralized governance.
• Operational Excellence: You are the go-to expert for technical support, resolving complex incidents and ensuring that all systems are updated, documented, and performing at peak efficiency.
• Collaborative Design: You work side-by-side with business analysts and developers to ensure that every technical solution is perfectly aligned with our business strategy.
• Quality & Training: You don't just "deploy"—you ensure quality through rigorous unit and integration testing and empower our teams through expert-led internal training.

Your Profile

• Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering and are fluent in English.
• The SAP Expert: You possess knowledge of SAP systems and possess familiarity with ABAP development and Change Management .
• The Process Architect: You have a proven track record of specifying and developing business processes in close collaboration with key users. Ability to translate business requirements into a technical document. Advice business partners when searching IT solutions.
• The Problem Solver: You are an analytical thinker with strong diagnostic skills, capable of navigating dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• The Project Leader: You work with a high degree of autonomy, excelling in the planning, controlling, and execution of complex IT projects.
