Fluence is looking for an AI Specialist / Vibe Coder to join their GTM Technology and Automation team in Erlangen, Germany. This role involves designing AI agents and automating workflows to enhance business processes.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of Salesforce automation experience and a solid understanding of AI frameworks. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to transform workflows into efficient automation solutions.
Fluence (Nasdaq: FLNC) is a global market leader delivering intelligent energy storage and optimization software for renewables and storage. Our solutions and operational services are helping to create a more resilient grid and unlock the full potential of renewable portfolios. With gigawatts of successful implementations across nearly 50 markets, we are transforming the way we power our world for a more sustainable future. For more information, please visit fluenceenergy.com.
As AI Specialist / Vibe Coder, you will be the rapid‑build engine of Fluence’s GTM Technology and Automation team. You will design and configure AI agents, prototype automation workflows, build Salesforce Flow logic, and ship working proofs‑of‑concept in days — not weeks. You sit at the intersection of AI tooling, low‑code platforms, and commercial operations, working directly with Sales and Marketing teams to turn workflow ideas into live, adopted automation.
You will own the execution of AI use cases across Agentforce, Gong integrations, and Salesforce‑native automation, operating as a key delivery partner to the Director, to IT team, and to the implementation partner. This role requires someone who builds real things, not someone who consults on them.
