Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help customers select apparel and footwear, stock and maintain the store, and process POS transactions. Ideal candidates will be fluent in the local language with basic English, able to handle flexible schedules including holidays and weekends, and capable of using technology and devices to support omni-channel

Qualifikationen

• Age: minimum 16 years (18+ in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Your Impact

We count on our Sales Associates to:

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear

• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
