Pandora Store Aachen is seeking a part-time jewelry sales associate to help customers find pieces that express personal style. You will engage with shoppers, offer expert guidance, and create memorable experiences in a welcoming environment.

Join Pandora and contribute to a friendly team atmosphere while promoting our brands and seasonal collections. This role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and story-telling in-store.

Qualifikationen

• Service-oriented thinking and action.
• Creative, proactive, and committed attitude.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ideally some initial experience in retail.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage.
• Experience working with KPIs is a plus.
• English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry and creating memorable moments.
• Converse with customers to understand style and preferences and advise accordingly.
• Ensure customers feel at ease and are happy to return, contributing to store success.
