Welo Data is looking for fluentRussian speakers to participate in a professional studio recording project. No prior experience is required, just confidence, a clear voice, and a willingness to collaborate!

This isnot an acting role.We’re simply looking for individuals who can read and speak naturally, clearly, and confidently in the associated language while being recorded in a studio setting.

Responsibilities

• Speak clearly and confidently in your dialect while participating in studio recording sessions.
• Improvise where needed to enhance the delivery and ensure natural flow.
• Follow straightforward recording instructions from the studio team.

No memorization required. No performance background required.

Project Details

• Start Date:March 2026
• Duration:3 weeks, with the possibility of extension
• Commitment:4 hours a day, up to 2 days in the studio, throughout a week.
• Opportunity Type:Freelance/Independent Contract
• Location:Berlin, Germany (On-site in a recording studio)

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in the target language.
• Comfortable speaking publicly in a professional studio setting.
• Ability to traverse a normal conversation for 2-5 minutes with a clear, natural speaking voice.
• Reliable and able to attend in-person studio sessions.
• Prior experience in teaching, public speaking, customer service, or similar roles is a plus — but not required.
