South Geeks is hiring an RPA Developer to join one of our clients, a biotechnology company advancing immune-driven medicine through precision diagnostics and research. This is a remote, long‑term engagement with a company solving real problems in immune‑driven medicine.

You will design, build, and support UiPath automation workflows that free teams to focus on higher‑value work, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining high standards of security and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.

Aufgaben

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.
• Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management.
• Build reusable automation components and follow best practices.
• Perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues.
• Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
• Support production deployments and hypercare activities.
