Amazon's Winsen (Luhe) warehouse is hiring entry-level staff to prepare orders for customers. You will pick, pack and ship items, use scanners and stand on site at HAM2, Borgwardstr. 10, Winsen. Daytime/day shifts available with fixed schedules; full-time and part-time options.

The role requires 18+, German/English/Spanish understood; you will work up to 15 kg lifting and benefit from Deutschlandticket, free shuttle, 28 days vacation, life insurance and career development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16.43

Salary

16.43€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.20€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 18.87€/h gross)

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Please note that not all shifttypes are always available, and availability may include the following:

• Early: Mon-Fri 05:45 - 14:30, Sat 10:30 - 19:15
• Late: Mon-Fri 14:30 - 23:15, Sat 10:30 - 19:15
• Night: Sun 19:30 - 05:45, Mon-Tue 23::45, Fri 23::00

Working week:Monday to Saturday (5 working days as standard)

Job Overview

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English and/or Spanish, with the ability to understand and adhere to alljobrequirement and safety guidelines.
