Jobtailor seeks a proactive GRC professional to join the risk & compliance team in Münster. You will perform 2nd-line risk assessments and controls, ensuring quality across risk and IC portfolios, and supervise data protection artefact reviews within processes.

The role requires strong IT knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and bilingual German/English communication. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and risk controls.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration or equivalent with IT knowledge.
• Familiar with regulatory compliance and risk control.
• CISSP/CRISC/ITIL/COBIT not mandatory but provide a solid foundation.
• Familiar with Power BI, Jira, Confluence and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Business-fluent German (C1) and English (B2).
• Demonstrates initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• You are passionate about Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) as an integrated management system.
• You are responsible for performing the monthly 2nd-line controlling of the assessment of operational process risks in Prokorisk.
• You also carry out the monthly 2nd-line controlling of the ICs controls that have been assessed by the business units.
• You are responsible for the regular quality assurance of the risk portfolio and the IC portfolio to further develop risks and controls.
• You oversee the review of data protection–related artefacts for processes.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with in-depth IT knowledge, and several years of professional experience in risk and compliance management.
• Regulatory compliance and risk control are familiar to you.
• CISSP and/or CRISC and/or ITIL and/or COBIT are not mandatory but provide a solid foundation for your work.
• You are familiar with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
