Product Marketing Alliance is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep our CRM clean and trusted, connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and automation tools to support data-driven decision making.
You will own data hygiene, enrichment, and pipelines, building integrations and workflows while ensuring secure access for the team. Hybrid London or remote UK with competitive compensation and benefits.
When it comes to digital communities, The Alliance is leading the way. Product marketing, sales enablement, product‑led growth, AI, customer success, CMOs, you name it, we’re home to thriving communities for them all. With 70,000+ professionals across our communities and a constant stream of events, memberships, and learning products, we help individuals and teams grow faster in their careers. We’re ambitious, we move quickly, and we’re still early in the journey - which means real ownership, fast progression, and the opportunity to build things from scratch.
This role is for someone who thrives on solving tricky business challenges with technical tools and solutions, someone who’s happy to proactively lead projects that drive change and impact, working across a mix of functions, teams, and stakeholders. You’ll need to work at pace while still keeping a sharp eye on the details, going beyond what’s being asked to focus clearly on the ‘why’ of what we do. You’ll work across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and Clay helping us keep the data behind our marketing, sales, and customer teams accurate and trustworthy. From dashboards and lead routing, to pipeline hygiene to helping manage our workspace, you’ll play a critical role in how smoothly our engine runs day to day. This role is for someone who enjoys translating business processes and challenges into automations, tools, and workflows that supercharge operations. It’s for someone with some experience getting systems to talk to each other, who drives impact proactively, identifies opportunities independently, and sees them through.
Compensation: £32,000-£35,000 Base salary *based on experience. Location: Flexible (Hybrid in London or Remote across the UK), must be in the UK.
