CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers to cover Shrewsbury area with flexible, part-time hours (approximately 4–6 hours per week, potentially increasing during busy periods). The role involves visiting various stores to execute merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup, with pay of £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.

You will work across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) and training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising; health & beauty experience is beneficial.
• Available to work Monday to Sunday with some fixed days (Tue, Thu, Sat).
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up POS materials.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms and keep displays looking great.
• Top up stock on shelves and arrange displays to be eye-catching and easy to find.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales where possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved; reporting via our app.

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Shrewsbury area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week

• (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -
• supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
