About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Reservations Supervisor is responsible processing and advising all guest reservations. The Reservations Supervisor reports to the Reservations Manager.

As Reservations Supervisor, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Efficient and careful handling of telephone reservations and all inquiries

• Monitor reservation accuracy, productivity, and telephone etiquette

• Comprehensive and familiar knowledge of all room rates, room categories, the entire hotel product and competitors in the market

• Supporting the Reservations Manager and Revenue Manager

• Coordinate daily task allocation and workflow within the department

• Handling the daily correspondence of our international guests via e‑mail and telephone

• Compliance with MOHG standards, hotel credit and cancellation policy
