Zusammenfassung

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct behavioral assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, and monitor progress while upholding ethical and clinical standards.

The position offers full remote work with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and licensure expansion support across states, along with a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to support

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
