Der ideale Kandidat hat einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Finanzen und verfügt über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling sowie fortgeschrittene Fähigkeiten in MS Excel und Power BI. Bereitschaft zu reisen und interkulturelle Kompetenz sind ebenfalls erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
• Erfahrung mit mehreren juristischen Personen.
• Kenntnisse in HGB Buchhaltung sind von Vorteil.

Ihre Rolle

Coordinate and support regional controlling activities across the EMEA region in close collaboration with the Region Head EMEA, Country Controlling teams, and DQS Holding.

Prepare and follow up on monthly financial review meetings with DQS Holding management and General Country Managers.

Provide hands‑on controlling support, particularly in countries without dedicated controlling resources (e.g., month‑end closing, budgeting, forecasting).

Lead and coordinate regional budgeting and forecasting processes.

Consolidate ad‑hoc requests and deliver transparent, decision‑oriented analyses to management.

Support and coordinate intercompany transactions and transfer pricing processes, including validation of allocation logic and implementation of group guidelines.

Develop and enhance Power BI‑based reporting solutions to improve transparency, automation, and decision‑making quality.

Ihr Profil

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field with a focus on Controlling/Finance.
• Several years of professional experience (3+ years) in controlling, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and international organizations.
• Knowledge of HGB accounting is a plus.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP and BI systems (especially Power BI).
• Hands‑on mindset with a structured, analytical, and results‑driven approach.
• Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage.
