Requirements
Conditions of employment

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- This position has an occasional driving requirement in support of the activity. Must be willing to obtain and maintain both a valid USAREUR driver's license and a TMP license.
- Possesses and maintains the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED; MWR Orientation Course; Customer Service; Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair).

A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following
- Possesses directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities.
- The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- Possession of a Nationally Recognized Basic Fitness Trainer Certification.

- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
