Zusammenfassung

MSCI's Real Assets team in Frankfurt is seeking a Sales Analyst to drive growth across the DACH region. You will own business development, build relationships with prospective clients and contribute directly to revenue growth while learning from experienced sales professionals.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline.
  • Internship or early professional experience in sales, business development, financial services, commercial real estate or a client-facing role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior professionals by phone and in meetings.
  • Demonstrated resilience, initiative and motivation to generate new business and work toward commercial targets.
  • Curious about financial markets with the ability to learn complex products and communicate their value clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, product demonstrations and commercial proposals with support from senior colleagues where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with investment specialists, marketing and product teams to deliver a strong client experience.
  • Stay informed on developments in private markets, real estate and infrastructure investing to support client conversations.
  • Consistently achieve individual business development and sales activity targets.

Your Team Responsibilities

MSCI's Real Assets business is looking for a Sales Analyst to help drive the continued growth of our business across the DACH region.

MSCI Real Assets provides data, analytics, indexes and research that help institutional investors measure, manage and gain deeper insight into private real estate and infrastructure investments. Built on decades of market expertise, our solutions support clients in making more informed investment decisions.

As a Sales Analyst, you'll be part of a high-performing commercial team focused on growing our client base across the DACH region. From the beginning, you'll own business development activity, build relationships with prospective clients and contribute directly to revenue growth. You'll work closely with experienced sales professionals while developing the commercial, market and product expertise needed to build a successful career in institutional sales.

Your Key Responsibilities
