ARMStaffing is seeking a Mammographic Radiologic Technologist to work between facilities in California, performing 3-D mammography and related imaging. The role requires maintaining a CA radiologic technologist license, ARRT (M), and BLS certification, with EPIC charting experience preferred.

You will perform diagnostic and screening mammograms, needle localizations, and assist with stereotactic biopsy while upholding QA and radiation safety standards.

Day Shift: 5x8 Hour (08:00 - 16:30) or 07:45 - 16:15 depending on location.

Job Description

The Mammographic Radiologic Technologist will work between Placerville and Cameron Park facilities, floating as required. The role includes performing general X-ray and DXA examinations. A strong commitment to patient care, quality imaging, and adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, and digital mammography.
• Conduct fine needle aspirations and needle localizations as necessary.
• Support stereotactic biopsy and screening mammogram procedures.
• Adhere to digital quality assurance and radiation safety standards.
• Implement isolation precautions and universal precautions/core measures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT (M), and CA Mammographic Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Must maintain an active California radiologic technologist license.
