The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field and 3–7+ years in radio or wireless systems, with Linux, Python, and C/C++.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Embedded Systems, Physics (RF focus), or a comparable technical field.
• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in radio, data link, or wireless system integration.
• Strong understanding of wireless protocols, RF behavior, and network performance.
• Practical experience with mesh networking, MANETs, or multi-node wireless systems.

Aufgaben

• Support ground and flight testing, including on-site troubleshooting.
• Manage system configurations, interfaces, and changes.
• Ensure regulatory and licensing compliance (ETSI/FCC, spectrum usage).
• Contribute to system architecture and cross-functional design reviews.
