ABB AG is seeking a qualified hardware project lead to drive international, cross-functional development initiatives. You will oversee projects from development through certification, coordinating engineering, product management, quality, and manufacturing across global teams.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in complex, safety-critical environments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in this or a comparable environment.
• Experience leading and coordinating complex projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or certification-driven environments.
• Business-fluent German and fluent English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
