Aufgaben

• Supporting cost planning and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates and commercial documentation
• Supporting procurement and tender activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Coordinating the preparation of commercial and tender documentation
• Reviewing and evaluating commercial submissions and supporting the selection process
• Coordinating clarifications and commercial discussions with suppliers and contractors
• Supporting contract award and commercial close-out activities
• Monitoring project costs and preparing regular commercial and cost reports
• Reviewing valuations, variations and contractual submissions
• Supporting the assessment and resolution of commercial and contractual matters
• Participating in client, contractor and project meetings
• Identifying and monitoring commercial risks and cost impacts
• Supporting final account settlement and project close-out
• Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation in line with project and governance requirements
• Working closely with design, procurement, project management and construction teams to ensure commercial alignment
