The role requires hands-on experience with modern testing tools and CI/CD integrations, plus a focus on test coverage, flaky tests, and performance/load testing to optimise the test suite.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in automated test frameworks and exposure to test orchestration platforms.

• Proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, xUnit, Cypress or similar tools.
• Ability to develop performance and load testing strategies for cloud-native SaaS products.

• Focus on test coverage metrics and reducing test instability.

Our client is a revolutionary, AI-driven software company who are looking to hire a passionate QA Engineer with an AI mindset to generate, maintain, and triage test cases, as well as use AI-powered testing agents to systematically reduce manual QA effort. The role will require someone to work closely with Developers and Product Owners for teamwide transparency of the QA strategy.

We require a QA Engineer with extensive experience in automated test frameworks and exposure to test orchestration platforms and CI/CD-integrated QA pipelines, such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Use of AI-tools and modern testing tools, such as Playwright, Selenium, xUnit, Cypress, etc. is expected, as is the ability to develop performance and load testing strategies for cloud-native SaaS products. Further proficiency in test coverage metrics, reduction of test instability (flakiness), and optimisation of test suite performance would be highly desirable, as would a familiarity with API testing and security testing.
