Natixis in Portugal is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests using Robot and Selenium, collaborating with development and product teams to ensure coverage. The role focuses on improving QA processes, mentoring juniors, and staying current with industry best practices.

Fluency in French (C1) is required. You will contribute to designing automation frameworks, report testing progress, and help resolve defects efficiently while working in a flexible hybrid

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Robot and/or Selenium for test automation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
• Proficiency in French (C1 level mandatory).
