Aptar Radolfzell GmbH is seeking a Purchaser Indirect Categories (m/f/d) at our Eigeltingen site. You will deploy global category strategies locally and manage site-level purchasing, supplier relationships and cost negotiations to ensure continuity and value creation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in strategic and/or indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX procurement, services sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Strong cost management and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in supporting investment and change management projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Confident presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in an international and matrix organization environment is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement).

Aufgaben

• Deploy global, Pharma and Corporate category strategies locally, ensuring alignment while adapting to site constraints
• Ensure effective sourcing and supplier management at site level, supporting operational performance, cost control and service continuity
• Own site-specific categories not managed globally and contribute to cross-site coordination
• Independently manage site-specific purchasing categories
• Select, develop, and manage suppliers while ensuring sustainable supplier performance
• Conduct price and contract negotiations and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Support sourcing activities for Capex and site projects, ensuring supplier readiness and alignment with project requirements
• Ensure supply and service continuity while actively managing procurement risks
• Collaborate with international procurement and functional teams to standardize and optimize processes
• Ensure visibility of site performance and contribute to reporting towards site and Pharma Purchasing leadership

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Willingness to take regular business trips and to be physically present at the Radolfzell location on a regular basis
