About the Role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Stylist to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions to meet consumer needs, consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promote the Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and consumer satisfaction. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficiently handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment, while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives of store management.

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoy a busy environment and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old or older.

Compensation

The pay range is the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $12.00 – $19.95 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
