- Conduct remote 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions combining medication management and brief psychotherapeutic support
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
- Partner with therapists through the shared EHR system and consultation spaces
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership and provide feedback to shape clinical care
- Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes
Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active DEA license in a state served by Two Chairs
- Willingness and motivation to become licensed in other states
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
- Experience with remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults
- Passion for high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care
