Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of innovative products from development to successful serial production
• Act as the central interface between procurement, sales, development, and production to create efficient and sustainable solutions
• Plan resources, define clear work packages, and ensure smooth collaboration among all stakeholders
• Perform high‑level production capacity planning
• Conduct kick‑off meetings and coordinate change and quality management to maintain high product standards
• Control manufacturing costs and implement Design‑to‑Cost measures

Qualifications

• Completed training or degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in ramp‑up or phase‑in projects is an advantage
• Motivated team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in forward‑looking technologies and current megatrends
• Proficient with ERP systems such as SAP and standard MS Office applications
• Fluent in German and good in English for international collaboration
• Ability to take responsibility for a long‑term development perspective
