Henkelhiedl in Berlin seeks an organized talent who bridges strategy, design and tech development, handling projects, communicating with customers and coordinating tasks.
You will manage quotations, budgets, presentations, and capacity planning, while ensuring quality and deadlines in a hybrid work setting. Strong German and good English are required, with 1–3 years in a similar environment. This is a permanent role with a flexible schedule and a Berlin-based team.
Do you have a passion for design and digital projects, which you understand both technically and conceptually? Do you keep track of everything and pay attention to deadlines? And costs? And quality? Are you a pleasant person who treats others the same way? Is that why others like you, for all the right reasons? Because you don't conform unnecessarily? Then we are looking for you: an organizational talent who enjoys customer contact and feels at home in a world between strategy, design, and technology development.
Handling and documenting projectsContact with our customersGeneral organizational tasksStrategic consulting and customer servicePreparing quotationsBudget planning and controlCreating and giving presentationsProject management and capacity planningProject controllingIn reality, it's much, much more, sometimes less, completely different, and therefore exactly how you would imagine working life in an agency to be. Did we say agency? Quite often, we don't see ourselves as one, so in the end, it will be very different for you anyway.
A high affinity for design and digital culture Experience with complex design, digital, and/or communication projects Confidence in using Office and content management systems – digital tools in general (Slack, GSuite, Jira/Confluence) Possibly even experience in social media and campaigns Very good written and spoken German, good written and spoken English A high degree of initiative and social skills Ideally, at least 1-3 years of professional experience in an environment comparable to the job description.
You don't have to be able to tick every requirement and add three exclamation marks. What's important is – how do you say it – the overall package. Don't be afraid to fill in the gaps! We're looking for a permanent position. A 40-hour week would be great, but we're open to other models. We work hybrid, but we'd be happy if you're based in Berlin. Start date: as soon as possible.
