Livefront is seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our delivery team. This role supports projects across our LATAM hub in Peru and partners with Fortune 1000 clients and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.

You are organized, communicative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a track record of delivering technology projects on time, within scope and budget. You stay curious about new tools, including AI, to boost productivity in a consulting environment.

• Proven experience managing software or technology projects end to end.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

• The ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

• Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of technology projects from kickoff through close.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets in partnership with clients and delivery teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and report status to leadership and clients.
• Ensure quality delivery that stays aligned with business goals.

We’re looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru.
