• Coordinate with system component suppliers to define functional, technical, and commercial requirements.
• Break down projects into work packages, prioritize tasks, and assign responsibilities.
• Develop and manage implementation and commissioning strategies, including on-site coordination.
• Present project outcomes and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Software Project Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge Security Systems for complex, large-scale projects. Our portfolio includes production facilities for banknotes, coins, security documents, passports and as well Cash Center. You will oversee the Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform, integrating video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection into a unified command-and-control interface.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of PSIM platform projects - from engineering and manufacturing through shipping, installation, integration, commissioning, and go-live—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with system component suppliers to define and clarify functional, technical, and commercial requirements
• Break down projects into work packages, prioritize tasks, and assign responsibilities based on urgency and project needs
• Develop and manage implementation and commissioning strategies, including on-site team coordination
• Present project outcomes and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing security software projects, including requirement clarification, solution engineering, and go-live phases
• Proven track record leading international teams in the security industry
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
