Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Program & Integration Lead to drive delivery within a global Data & Analytics transformation program. You will coordinate with regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering and governance to ensure regional requirements are integrated into a global data platform.

The role requires 8+ years in program leadership, strong executive communication, and hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, cloud data

• Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• Experience with data warehouse modernization and migration programs.

• Data modeling, data governance, and master data management.
• Reporting and analytics solutions.
• System integration and dependency management.

Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program & Integration Lead to drive the successful delivery within a global Data & Analytics transformation program. This role combines program leadership, technical integration management, and stakeholder engagement across business and IT functions.

The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering, and governance functions, ensuring the seamless integration of regional requirements into a global data platform while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.

Qualifications

Program & Transformation Leadership

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, PMO, or Transformation Leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical & Integration Expertise

• Strong background in Enterprise Data Warehousing and Data Analytics environments.
• Experience with e.g.:
• Data warehouse modernization and migration programs
• Data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines
• Cloud‑based data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar)
• Data modeling, data governance, and master data management
• Reporting and analytics solutions
• System integration and dependency management
• Ability to engage effectively with architects, data engineers, and technical delivery teams.

Pharmaceutical Industry Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical data domains, e.g. Sales and performance analytics, Customer and HCP data

Leadership Competencies

• Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Highly structured, proactive, and outcome‑oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in global data transformation, platform consolidation, or data product programs.
• Exposure to AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
