Zusammenfassung

Hochschule Ansbach sucht eine/n Professor/in (W2/W3) für Psychologie/Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie. Sie vertreten die Fachbereiche in Lehre, Forschung und Transfer, bauen internationale Kooperationen auf und setzen sich für Chancengleichheit ein.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
• Hervorragende wissenschaftliche Leistungen und Doktortitel oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Pädagogische Eignung
• Fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens drei außerhalb des Universitätssektors, ggf. Kooperationszeiten mit Nicht-Universität.

Aufgaben

• Vertretung der Fächer Psychologie, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie in Lehre und angewandter Forschung
• Entwicklung der Fächer unter Berücksichtigung von Megatrends im HR (Digitalisierung, Diversity & Inclusion, New Work)
• Lehre grundlagenbezogener psychologischer Inhalte in deutsch und englisch
• Forschungs- und Drittmittelakquise durch Transferaktivitäten
• Praxisorientierte Lehre in Deutsch und Englisch, inklusive E-Learning und Blended Learning
• Beiträge zur inhaltlichen und strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Fächer mit Fokus Digitalisierung
• Hochwertige Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten, Dissertationen und Doktorarbeiten
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau neuer internationaler Partnerschaften und Pflege bestehender

Jobbeschreibung

Your duties include

• Representation of the subject areas Psychological Work Design, Employee Motivation and Employer Branding in teaching and applied research
• Development of the subject areas with particular consideration of megatrends in HR (e.g. digitization, Diversity & Inclusion, New Work)
• Teaching fundamental psychological knowledge and subjects related to the field in the participating degree programs
• Research and development activities
• Proactive acquisition of third-party funding through research and transfer activities
• Practice-oriented teaching in the subject areas both in German and in English and also using digital formats (e- learning, blended learning)
• Content-specific and strategic further development of the subject areas with special focus on digitization
• High-quality supervision of practical assignments, Bachelor's and Master's theses as well as doctorates
• Involvement in setting up new international partnerships and maintaining existing ones
• Active and interdisciplinary involvement in administering academic affairs

You offer

• Preferably an academic university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Education or a related field
• Strong professional and academic qualifications in Work and Organizational Psychology, Employer Branding or Human Resources Management
• Above-average professional and academic qualifications
• Very good German and English proficiency and ability and willingness to teach in German and in English
• Enthusiasm for passing on your practical experience in teaching applied research to our students as future academics

Recruitment pursuant to Article 57 (3) of the BayHIG

• Completed university degree
• Excellent academic achievements in research and an outstanding doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualification
• Pedagogical aptitude
• Special achievements in the application or development of academic knowledge and methods in a minimum of five years of work experience, which must have been acquired after completion of the university degree and of which at least three years must have been acquired outside the university sector. If, over a period of at least five years, a considerable portion of your work involved a cooperation between a university and a non-academic employer, this time may be considered to meet the requirements for non-academic work experience in special cases (pursuant to Article 57 (3) Sentence 1 No. 3 of the Bavarian Higher Education Innovation Act (BayHIG)).
