• Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in chemical processing or manufacturing are a plus.

• Maintain cleanliness and order: Keep areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety protocols: Use PPE and follow chemical handling procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance: Assist with minor equipment adjustments and report issues.
• Document activities: Complete production logs, batch records, and shift handovers.
