Skeleton Technologies, located in Markranstädt, is seeking a Team Coordinator (m/f/d) to lead production shifts, coordinate daily processes, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will support the team during night shifts, manage documentation, and drive improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires Master/Technician level training or equivalent technical experience, several years in production, and strong ERP and German/English skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily production processes to achieve production and quality goals.
• Support and guide team members, especially during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE guidelines and evacuation processes.
• Be contact person for safety questions during the shift and coordinate measures for incidents.
• Plan personnel assignments in cooperation with the shift leader.
• Monitor team performance and compliance with production processes.
• Ensure complete and correct production documentation.
• Carry out and support structured shift handovers.
• Identify and escalate operational topics and incidents or disciplinary matters.
• Handle personal and operational information confidentially.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

In this role, you take on a central function in shift operation: You coordinate processes, support your team in their daily work and ensure that production, especially during night shifts, runs smoothly.

You will deal with the following topics:

• Coordination of daily production processes to achieve production and quality goals
• Support and guidance of team members, especially during night shifts
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, PPE guidelines and evacuation processes
• Contact person for safety questions during the shift as well as coordination of measures in the event of incidents
• Planning of personnel assignments in cooperation with the shift leader
• Monitoring team performance as well as compliance with production processes
• Ensuring complete and correct production documentation
• Carrying out and supporting structured shift handovers
• Identification and escalation of operational topics as well as relevant incidents or disciplinary matters
• Confidential handling of personal and operational information
• Support for continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations
